The idea has been discussed in the past, but 2011 will be known as the year holiday ice skating came to Daytona Beach. Paid a visit Thanksgiving afternoon and several families were having a good time.
Eating At The Salt Life Food Shack
If you live in Florida, you’re very much aware of the Salt Life brand. The pirate-styled logo appears on everything from tank tops to bumper stickers. Yesterday, I indulged in the Tropical Yardbird Chicken Sandwich at their “food shack” in Jacksonville Beach. Even though it was a tad on the messy side, I loved the sandwich and fell in love with the “shack’s” decor. A great casual restaurant with a great theme. And only in Florida!
